Ingredients

300 grams butter
30 grams ginger finely chopped or grated
2 cloves garlic finely chopped or grated
¼ cup parsley finely chopped
¼ cup chives finely chopped
1 fresh chili finely chopped
2 teaspoon curry powder
salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

Warm the butter until soft but not melted.
Add all the other ingredients and mix well.
Check seasoning and adjust if needed.
