Ingredients

300 grams butter salted
2.5 teaspoon ginger finely chopped or grated
2 cloves garlic finely chopped or grated
2.5 tablespoon parsley finely chopped
2 tablespoon chives finely chopped
1 fresh chili finely chopped
2 teaspoon curry powder
salt to taste

Instructions

Warm the butter until soft but not melted.
Add all the other ingredients and mix well.
Check seasoning and adjust if needed.
