This lemon garlic tahini dressing is divine and versatile and can be served as a dip, sauce or dressing. It's light, fresh and tangy, naturally dairy-free, gluten-free and vegan.
Combine all ingredients into a glass jar with a fitted lid
Secure the lid on the jar and shake vigorously for a few seconds
It's ready when it has the consistency of runny honey. Add more water or tahini if necessary.
Drizzle over steamed or grilled veg or toss through your favorite salad and sprinkle with roasted sesame seeds.
Notes
You can easily adjust the thickness of this creamy tahini dressing by adding more or less water or tahini. The tahini is what makes it thicker. Simply add slightly less for a thinner sauce or dressing.
Alternatively you can make this in the nutri bullet instead of a jar for a fast and super smooth result.
Give it a good stir or shake before serving so it gets nice and creamy, since the ingredients can separate once it sits for a while.
You can use either roasted or non roasted tahini for this dressing. Roasted tahini brings a more toasty nutty flavour and unroasted brings a more clean fresh flavour
