1 cup Unsweetened yogurt
¼ cup mint leaves finely chopped
fresh lemon juice to taste
salt and pepper

Instructions

Mix all the ingredients together and adjust seasoning

Notes

Only use fresh mint and unsweetened yoghurt for this recipe.
The finer you chop the mint leaves the more evenly it gets distributed through the sauce and gives a more intense mint flavour
