Ingredients

Pasta

gram
oyster mushrooms
tared into pieces
100
gram
bacon
sliced
2
cloves
garlic
finely chopped
200
ml
wine
white
300
ml
cream
½
cup
Parmesan cheese
grated or shaved
¼
cup
parsley
finely chopped
Instructions
Cook the pasta according to the instructions.
Fry the bacon crispy and the mushrooms golden.
Add the garlic.
Season carefully since the bacon is salty. Remove the bacon and mushrooms from the pan. Set aside
Add the wine to the same pan and reduce by half.
Add the cream and cook down a little bit.
Put the bacon and mushrooms back in. Mix well.
Just before serving add the parsley and the Parmesan and mix through.
Serve with the cooked pasta and more Parmesan cheese on top
