Ingredients

1 cup mayonnaise good quality
⅓ cup sour cream
¼ cup soft fresh herbs dill, parsley, chives - finely chopped
½ fresh lemon juice
salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

Mix mayonnaise, sour cream and herbs together well with a whisk.
Add seasoning and lemon juice.
If the sauce is too thick then just add a little bit of water until you've got the right consistency

Notes

It's important to use a good quality mayonnaise in this recipe. You can really tell the difference in the end result.
