Sunflower seed crackers (Swedish crisp bread)

These Swedish seed crackers (knacke brod) are light and crisp, full of nutritious seeds, super easy to make and taste delicious!
This recipe uses lots of seeds, which makes them tasty and nutritious.

Ingredients
flour
plain
sunflower seeds
flax seeds
sunflower oil
hot water
flaky sea salt
Instructions
Oven 150 C
Mix all the dry ingredients together.
Add oil and water.
Mix to a dough.
Roll out the dough on a baking sheet with another baking sheet on top. It needs to be an even layer.
Put on an oven tray and mark squares with a knife. It doesn’t have to be cut all the way through.
Sprinkle with flaky sea salt.
Bake in the oven for 1 hour.
Once cool brake pieces where the marks are.
