This thin crust pizza dough recipe is quick and easy to make with perfect crispy base every time.Cooking it on a pizza tray and hot stone will bring you the best result.
Pour half the water in the well. Add yeast, sugar and salt. Mix with a fork until it has dissolved.
Slowly incorporate all the flour into the liquid. This can easily be done in a baking mixer with a dough hook.
Once most of the flour has been incorporated, slowly add the rest of the water and mix for about 5 minutes then add the olive oil slowly and mix until the oil is fully incorporated and the dough is smooth.
Cover the bowl and leave in a warm place for about 1 hour to rise.
The dough is ready to use when it has doubled in size.
Notes
You can make this pizza dough by hand if you don't have a mixer!
The dough can rise slowly in the fridge overnight if you don't want to use it right away.
