Toast and butter the bread. Cut the crust off. Cut the bread in half if it's large slices
Put a large spoon of prawn skagen mix on top.
Garnish with a spoon of lumpfish caviar, slice of lemon and fresh dill.
Notes
Have all the ingredients ready but make the toast fresh just before serving and assemble when ready. This is to keep the toasted bread fresh and crisp.
