Mix thoroughly until all the spices are well blended and lump free.
Notes
Leave the meat coated with the southern blend seasoning flour for at least half an hour to rest before cooking. This helps for the seasoning to cling on to the meat and not fall off when cooking.
Put meat and spiced flour together in a freezer bag, tie it up and shake it all around to get an even coating on the meat or seafood.
Don't Overcrowd the pan or oven tray, it will result in a soggy coating rather than a crispy one
