These zucchini garlic bites are a tasty bite sized ball of grated zucchini (also known as courgette) flavored with garlic, Parmesan and herbs. Great as a snack, finger food or appetizer with a dip or as a side dish to roasted or BBQ meat.

- spring onion - finely chopped or sliced

How to make zucchini Parmesan bites

- Step 1: Mix all the ingredients together.

2. Step 2: Shape the mixture into balls.

3. Step 3: Place them on a baking tray and bake in the oven 180 degrees Celsius for 15 minutes or until they are cooked.

4. Step 4: Serve them warm with a dipping sauce or as a side dish to cooked meat.

Hint: The cooking time varies depending on different ovens and the size of the balls. 15 minutes is a guideline only. When they feel firm to touch cut one in half to check if they are cooked through.
