Ingredients for this prawn salad recipe
Prawns (Shrimp) is the hero of this dish. Make sure to use good quality wild caught prawns and you can't go wrong.

Prawns - wild caught king prawns is my preferred choice
Avocado - Diced
Mango - Diced
chili - finely chopped
Lemon juice - Freshly squeezed

How to make this easy prawn salad
This prawn mango and avocado salad is a great dish for summer. It's served cold and no cooking needed.

- Peel and de vein the prawns

2. Cut a criss cross pattern with your knife into the mango cheek.

3. Turn the mango flesh inside out by pushing on the skin. Remove the diced mango flesh with a spoon.

4. Mix all the ingredients together well in a bowl.
