Swedish crisp bread is a is a flat, thin and light weight savory cracker called “knackebrod”
Crispbread or knackebrod is a staple food in Scandinavia and eaten alongside most meals. Swedes see it as a type of bread and serve it for breakfast, lunch and dinner and as a snack in between meals. There are many different variations of crisp bread. Plain rye cracker is the most traditional one but different variants of seeds, herbs and spices are now very common as well.
