- Butter - salted
- Fresh ginger - finely chopped or grated
- garlic - finely chopped or grated
- parsley - finely chopped
- chives - finely chopped
- chili - finely chopped

How to make spiced butter
This recipe for garlic herb butter is super easy to make and ready in just a few minutes.
- Warm the butter until soft but not melted.
- Add all the other ingredients and mix well.
- Check seasoning and adjust if needed.


- If you serving it melted as a dipping butter then warm it until fully melted then serve.

- If you like to serve it as a solid butter on top of cooked meat or fish then you can simply spoon a dollop on top of your meat, fish or veggies and let it slowly melt or

- you can roll the butter up in cling wrap to a cylinder shape and refrigerate or freeze then cut slices to put on top of your meat, fish or veggies and then serve.

- Add lemon or lime if you like to zest it up.

- 2.5 teaspoon ginger finely chopped or grated
- 2 cloves garlic finely chopped or grated
- 2.5 tablespoon parsley finely chopped
- 2 tablespoon chives finely chopped
- 1 fresh chili finely chopped
- 2 teaspoon curry powder
- salt to taste
